Yeah, that's a really cool samuria type concept. But there's another fanart picture on the front page of the Fanart section of Rain which is pretty cool. I think that would go well with Smoke also.

As for people being sick of ninjas, I think it's a rehash of MKT. There were so many that people got sick of it and never recovered from it. But you have to remember that not all ninjas are the same, so if they make more original ninja outfits, like they did with Sub-Zero it wouldn't be so bad.

Rain might as well come back, I mean why not? All the other ninjas are coming back, he'd feel left out. BUT he needs to look different this time, and REALLY different. Keep the purple thing going, but have him without a mask and looking completely different and cool.

That fan art with the render is amazingly good, and if there werent so many ninjas already id say yes, but there needs to be less of them.

Definitley should come back like bleeds picture I saw it the other day in Fan ARt and he looked awesome.

Keep him ninja. That concept art is perfect, besides that abnormally huge sword, he needs a better weapon. Too many characters have swords, atleast in MKDA they did.

I don't believe his face should be covered. I'm not sure why, but it seemes everybody has the same idea as to what his hair should look like. I've seen prolly around 50 fan art pics of Rain where he had been remodled. And always his hair is black and kind of in a longer bull cut style...

And even the artist of the cartoon Defenders of the Realm drew him the same way, and normally the artists of the fan art had never seen the cartoon and yet they draw his hair the same way.

So in MKD he should have the same style.

Another thing I've seen, alot of people tend to draw Rain as wearing fish net type things on his arms and chest...weird huh.

Since Rain basiclly has the power of Storm from X-Men I think Rain should have a move list of about 5-6 moves the express this. He can keep the water-orb (that is still the ebst move ever), the Teleport roundhouse (the second most useful move besides the orb), and even the lighting...but should have something expressing Wind, and Thunder, or something.

I've also thought that perhaps Rain could have the power to manipulate his body to form water, for example Rain could even form him self into a puddle of water then form himself up again. Somewhat like the water god.

I've always had they idea for a fatality where Rain compleatly turns himself into a body of water, and then inserts himself into his opponents mouth, then rips aprt his opponent from the inside, and when he's out he looks just like the water god only instead of blue, he's red, then when he transforms back into his solid form, all the blood starts to drip off of him.
