It could be just me but a big part of mortal kombat seems to be the background voices of khan...the memorable "outstanding" "you will never win" "flawless victory". Now is the Dragon King's voice gonna take that role? It just seems kind of weird that Khan is dead yet we still hear his voice.

Did you know that the person that says "excellent" "outstanding" "well done" has always been the host of the MK torney except for MK4 ? What I mean is the character that says "outstanding" or whatever in MK1 it is Shang Tsung. As you may have noticed that voice changed in MK2, this time the host of the MK2-MKT was Kahn therefore all the character voices and all the comments said during gameplay was Kahn's voice. I am not sure about who did MK4 voice. I think it was Quan Chi or Shinnok. I am think more of Quan Chi since the voice in MK: DA sounds simlar to MK4 voice announcer. In MK: DA I am very sure the voice was Quan Chi's. I know that Tsang and Chi both hosted MK: DA but I guess Quan Chi did the voice. In MK: D I would think that Dragon King will do the voice work since it will be his torney to be hosting at least I hope. Hope I helped till next time.

I'm hoping the Dragon King sounds more like Shao Kahn and less like Zordon from the Power Rangers (Quan Chi) :p

There are three rules for doing scientific research. Unfortunately, no one knows what they are.

Actually I always thought it was Raiden who sounded more like Zordon.

Well as to the original question, there was no Kahn either in MKDA. So...

If you've seen the trailers, you've heard the voice. It's the same.
I guess it would be Quan Chi again.
He did MK4 and MK:DA (I'm guessing, sounded like him).

Yeah it was Quan Chi. There is no reason that it won't be Quan Chi again too. So expect it to be Quan Chi, and not the Dragon King.
