I'm SURE this has been done before, but in every MK forum I've ever seen, it's been consistent fun.
I'd like to see other's creative writing in use to describe character-specific fatalities that you'd like to see done one day. Remember, some things are just not practical to animate, like flaying the skin from an enemy one inch at a time. Try to keep it SOMEWHAT reasonable. But have fun.
I've thrown out a few of my own ideas below.
Reiko:
"The Juggler"
Facing his enemy's back, Reiko walks up to him and grabs both of thier wrists behind their back, swinging them upward in a vicious motion, shattering both of their shoulders, like in his MK4 bone breaker. Without letting go of them, he quickly spins into his backflip kick, severing both limbs where they connect to the victim's torso, and simultaneously sending the bleeding enemy skyward. Before they can even fall, he rotates out of his kick, dropping the arms, and throws a shurieken into their chest. As they come down, he once again flip-kicks them into the air, and repeats the shurieken juggle with a lightning-fast flurry of razor blades. This time, he lets them fall to their death, armless and peppered with pointy blades.
"Cruelty"
Reiko stands facing his helpless victim, and suddenly lashes out with his left leg, shattering one of the opponent's knees. The victim screams, and goes to collapse. Before they have time to keel over, Reiko grabs ahold of their left arm, and lifts it high, driving his fist into their armpit, dislocating the shoulder. Very quickly, he shifts stance and smashes his elbow into their ribcage, crushing it; their arm still held out in his grasp. As they go limp, unable now to stand, he holds them there with one hand by the ruined arm as he uses his other to pull out his signature weapon, a brutal spiked club. In one motion, he lets the arm fall from his grasp, and swings the club with both hands in a Major League fashion, directly into their temple.
Their head explodes, leaving everything from the lower jaw down intact, but chunks of the top part of their head shower the floor, and stick to the club, as Reiko raises it high over his head in victory.

Ermac:
"Basketball"
Ermac lifts his opponent high up into the air, rendering them helpless. He then very, very slowly begins bending them over backwards, as they scream for mercy. Once they're bent over to the point of no return, their screams become a gurgle as their stomach splits from the stretch, raining blood everywhere, and their spine audibly snaps in a horrible fashion. At this point, their head is tucked under their legs, nearly in their own butt, and they're crumpled like a ball. Ermac throws them into the ground with colossal force, causing their blood to erupt from the stomach tear like a volcano, and as he releases them with his psychic forces, they bounce from the natural concussion, unfolding in bitter death. They hit the ground again, utterly broken and in a veritable pool of their own viscera.
"The Rack"
Once again lifting his opponent up in the sky, as is his trademark, Ermac begins slowly pulling on all four of his enemy's limbs. In opposite directions. He tugs at them, and the victim shrieks in agony. He releases the tension. They stop screaming. Then, he simulaneously tears all four limbs off in one cruel motion, tossing them away like unwanted toys. They're still alive, but very much bleeding. Screaming. He begins motioning his hands like he's wringing out a washcloth, and the opponent twists in the middle like a wet towel dripping red water. Their screams die off as their lungs collapse, and you hear all manner of bones breaking. Finally, as they twist in the second full rotation, bleeding uncontrollably, he brings his hands apart, viciously splitting the wasted enemy in two shredded parts, and flings them into the ground, entrails hanging from each end.

Scorpion:
"Severance"
Scorpion would begins this Fatality by standing at close range and drawing his sword. With one fast slice, he would sweep the blade across the enemy's waist, slashing nearly to the spine, opening a mortal wound across his opponent's stomach. Quickly stepping back about six feet, he would once again rip off his mask to reveal his true colors, and spew the flames of hell all over his victim, but only from the waist up. As the enemy screams and bleeds, burning, he watches for just a few seconds before sinking his harpoon into their throat and dragging them to himself. Exactly as the human torch reaches him, retracted with the harpoon, he unleashes a brutal roundhouse kick to the chest, splitting the burning enemy across the waist, sending the torso, flames and all, across the room to burn.
"Headless Horseman"
Standing near his crippled enemy, Scorpion begins by stomping brutally on the knee of the victim, crushing the bones, and forcing them to collapse onto their hands and knees. He then performs his signature backflip kick move right into their jaw, totally decapitating them, sending the head to the top of the screen. Before it even has time to fall, he lands from the kick, sending out his harpoon with disturbing accuracy, and plunging it deep into the skull of the dead enemy. Drawing the harpoon back into his hand, he grasps the skull, raising it over his head like a trophy. And then summons a handful of the flames of hell to engulf his new toy, as it burns like a human Jack-o-lantern.

Here are just a few more of mine:
Sub-Zero/Kenshi:
Sub-Zero stands still, watching as Kenshi casually lifts his enemy high into the air, struggling and fearful of what is to come. The Lin Kuei reaches his hands out and freezes the legs of the helpless opponent to the hip, and just as the ice forms, Kenshi sends the victim crashing into the floor at a ridiculous rate of speed, shattering the legs of the puppet into jagged shards of ice. The enemy screams in mindless agony as he's once again assaulted by ice, as Sub-Zero performs a ground freeze, gluing the poor soul to the ground by the bleeding waist, as Kenshi hold him vertical.
Now, totally helpless, he shrieks as Kenshi uses his psychic abilities to tear at his head until it is ripped off.
Spine and all.

Kano/Kobra:
Kano begins by sauntering up behind the stunned victim, and grabbing them by the hair, or back of their head. He snaps out a butterfly sword, rears back their head, and slashes their throat three times in rapid succession. The enemy cannot scream, but the gurgles are horrifying. He holds them there for about a full five seconds, just letting them bleed and quiver.
Tired of watching, Kobra mercifully plunges his hand into the enemy's chest, ripping the still-beating heart out, ending the pain. Suddenly, their throat isn't bleeding any more as they collapse.

Jade/Scorpion:
At the start, Scorpion sinks a harpoon into the wrist of the enemy, but not pulling any harder than is necessary to stretch the arm out, holding it there, unable to move.
Jade takes aim and slings a tri-star through the forearm, severing the hand below its wrist. The enemy screams.
Scorpion does the same thing with the enemy's other hand, and Jade repeats her old action, this time slicing through the thick of the shoulder, removing the entire arm.
Finally, in the coup de grace, throws her staff high up into the air, causing it to fall point-downward through their neck, at a slight angle, pinning the fool into the ground like a demented garden stake.
Scorpion, of course, sets them on fire promptly.
The screaming begins.
