well it kind of is a watered version with..well not much content.

Yeah but the only thing i care about is the fighting and so far looks to be the best pure mk fighter in years

so im happy as can be and cant wait for tomorrow

Yeah, when words like:

"sidestepping projectiles is still pretty easiy"

"the new mechanics seemed better on paper than in practice"

"klose kombat is stiff and takes you out of the game"

"graphically, the game is not that impressive"

"It could be more polished"

"the devs seemed like they just put the DC characters in to entice gamers without trying to appeal to either set of fans"

"fatalities and brutalities have been watered down so the super hardcore MK fans will be disappointed"

"The story only takes 6 hours to complete, so general fighting fans will be disappointed"

"The combo challenge is so unforgiving that casual fans will probably be put off"

"MK vs DC is a good game, just not a deep one"

"This would ultimately make a good rental"

Ouch, when sentences like the ones above make up the majority of a review, you can't help but be disappointed. Not a terrible score, but alot of what is said in the review makes it seem like this game is just a shallow, mediocre experience that neither hardcore fighting game fans or casual fans will enjoy all that much.

I really wish that the MK team could somehow manage to make a deep fighter that's good for casual and hardcore fans alike. Oh well, I'll just keep dreaming.
