I Dowloaded the fatalities last night, and I have to say that they look great in high rez. Generally speaking, 1) They are creative/brutal instead of lame/weak. 2) The 100% popcorn blood n' guts effect is gone.

Long live organs and entrails being spilled out into the arena in very stylish fashion!

FATALITY

Sub-Zero's fatality looks FUCKING AWSOME! A real homage for fans of the series, combining some of his best previous fataliies (Deep freeze from MK2+Head Rip from MK1+his snowball fality from MK2.) AWSOME SIPMPLE FUCKING AWSOMe, even everyone elses fatalities look 10 times better than anything that was in MK:DA. i can't fucking wait for this game.

Or Nightwolf's even, who's fatality while simple... is simply crule. They should add a little something though. Like have Nightwolf walk over, put his foot on the dead kombatant and yank the axe out, right before he claims a new scalp. Muahahah...

Look at the end of Hitoru's(sp?) fatality. when the guy explodes, look at all the organs and stuff.

Also notice the ragdoll physics of the guy he is swinging around.

If i had seen correctly Scorpion's fatality showed him ripping sindels arms of and beating her to death with them...it looked so sinister i got goosebumps.

Kenshi's fatality also rocks, simple and very effective.

But who was the flame throwing fatality, i couldn't make that out to well...

These fatalities rock. My fav is Sub-Zero's fatalitiy. It is simply awesome

The odd thing for me is that I was going to sumbit this as news, but didn't think it'd be newsworthy, since we've technically seen the vids already. I'm pretty sure that if I had submitted it when I was going to (sometime yesterday), then it would have been my first news break. Anyway, it's very good to see the fatalities in good quality.

If you look closely the fatality of Bo Rai Cho you'll notice that sub-zero is melting instead of just burning and I think this is awesome!!

That's an interesting point. I didnt pay attention to that one. I wonder what happens to Scorpion on that fatality since he is already dead.

Ugh, aside from Baraka's, I thought most of those were pretty lame. Scorpion's especially. It's exactly like Millennas, but with arms instead of legs. *sigh*

I hope that doesn't make or break the game for you Switcher.

I'm quite impressed with the Konquest mode.. it's coming along very nicely.. I like how it starts in the vid, the music is kool it goes with the setting... I especially like Master Bo Rai Cho's voice lol it suits him VERY well.. I can't wait..

The fatalities in MK:D rock! I specially like Baraka's and Sub-Zero's. But IMO Nightwolf's fatality is just an exact copy of Kung Lao's Fatality from DA. The scream is good an all but it is just simply the same thing except this time its with an tomahawks.

These fatalities are awesome. They are very brutal and I love the way they all scream. I really like it how Mileena's mouth is still covered in blood after her fatality.
