Im glad that they have disconnects in your scores because that is a major factor. also Im glad the ps2 and xbox versions are similar (even if xbox is better with connection) because im not gonna go buy an xbox for this game

it is amazing almost no website has videos of people actually playing the game. you would think the creator of the series would want people not familiar to the series to know mk is not just about constant hop-jumping and throws cuz thats all that happens. they should just ask actual fans of the series to play the game so they can take some direct feeds of how it is supposed to be played. hop, hop, hop, throw, breaker, hop, throw, repeat.

Almost.... ALMOST makes me wish I would say screw it and get X-box live. I'm so much better with a PS2 controller though

Agreed. Seriously, if you're playing against Scorpion you should know better.

Good to hear online play is lag free and loading friendly. I am going to get X-box live soon, im just a little skeptical about the security, is it safe from hackers ect?

Yes and no. Alot of it has to do with that dreaded Action Replay.
RTCW was the worst with it. Flying flame throwers, ect.
And Rainbow6, when someone hacked into the code and got the molitove cocktails.
But MS has addressed the issues as best they could.

listen... the server is gamespy... hosted rather by gamespy.. so there good at catching cheaters.. so it won't be that much of a sistuation..

I just hope with it being Gamespy, it goes better than the launch of SW battlefront did. that thing was laggy the first few days.

Yeah lag free gaming is a plus when it comes to a fighting game. I have Capcom vs Snk and the lag was horrible sometines. My only wish is I was hoping they would add a arcade online mode like DOA ultimate has. That way up to 8 people could fight on one server. That would rock for tournament play. Oh well, there's always MK 7.
