I think these stories are nice, I think they fit the characters.

Great news. Don't get me wrong,MK: Deception news is aways good news. Man I hope that ign's update tonight ( last week started there weekly MK: Deception video bios ), doesn't include any of the bios revealed in this news post. Now I would rather have a video bio of Hotaru, Ashrah... etc. Either way I can't wait for more and more information about MK: Deception!!!. Also who the heck is Darruis!?!?!.Btw the storyline for all characters sound great ( to me ) so far.

Shujinko looks like Gen from Streetfighter and Darrius just looks generic and crap and could fit into any other fighting game out there very standard looking.

if i have 2 wait 2 years 4 a game at least make it a good game. i prefer a good game with less mods than a ****** game with tons of ****.

I definitely dig Scorpions story, Darrius also has a cool story, even if his look is strange and not very unique. Honestly, his shoulder is as big as his waist! Doesn't that look weird to anyone else? Huge arms...teeeeny little waist. Oh well.

The stories are definitely coming together nicely though. Mileena posing as Kitana, Scorpion meeting the elder gods, Rayden sacrificing himself, Baraka serving the DK, it's cool, because people actually seem to be DOING something in this game. Lots of MKDA characters didn't seem to really serve much of a purpose outside of just filling out the rosters.

Definitely looking good so far.

As expecting. Midway has always delievered in the storyline aspect of their games. This is why I love MK. That and its characters and the memories I have playing it. Now if they would just make a decent GAME it would be all good.

I dunno why so many of you complain about. It's great news. The characters look great. I believe MKD is gonna be the best MK ever.

Scorpion and SubZero are no longer enemies. Scorpion knows the Quan Chi is responsible of the murder of his family and clan. What are you talking about?!?!? It's not written that Baraka was allied with Tsung or Chi. It's just said that Baraka serve his new master; the DK.

I thought Quan Chi and Baraka were enemies and Scorpion and Subzero being enemies again doesn't make much sense neither.

So I'm guessing there is no more Dairou, and he is replaced with Darrius. Am I right?

It's possible, but we thought the same when we saw Hotaru, and later represented that also it was Dairou. But now with Darrius, I don't see place for Dairou in the select screen (although Dairou could be secret like Blaze in MKDA).
