I heard power-ups, reversals, and taunts are gone... but what about impaling one another (like in MKDA)? Are those removed as well? I haven't seen of any in any MKD vids.

Although it made it rather difficult for me to beat my friend Matt, when he chose his favourite character (Sub-Zero) and I chose my favourite character (Sonya) (I won anyway.....) I would like to see characters impale each other once more. But I think charaters who can't impale should get some other seet move, like breaking one of their limbs. It might be possible for MK7....you never know.....

yah... with the new stage fatals... I think it would be better if they were taken out. But r they?

I hope they bring it back because impaling was tight in MKDA

I think they'll leave the impaling for DA.

they took out impaling as well. i thought it was cheap any how.

impaling got really annoing after a while. they should bring back throwing like they had in mk4. that stuff was awesome man. and about deception.........i think i heard it somewhere that you can't impale. it's only a rumor, but from what i've seen so far i'm persolly not expecting to see impaling again, at least not in MK6

Taunts, power ups and neijins deserved to go, but reversals were great! They sould return because they made sence, like impaling, myabe impaling should be left for the finish him/her screen though.

THAT'S the thing that sucked about impaling, especially with Kitana. Some characters in MK:DA had weapons with good combos, like those where you switch styles in the middle of a combo for an even bigger combo. But it got annoying when you couldn't even do long combos or anything. I mean, it'd good that it did take away energy on your opponent but I'd rather just have some awesome move instead of impaling with the weapon. Some other people have been saying that it's stupid that Nightwolf's arrows don't take away energy even if you're impaled. Common sense would show you that if they did, someone could just shoot like 5 arrows, block for the rest of the match and win.

Only a few characters whould have the impaling moves, in MKDA a lot of characters had this move, for MKD I would only give the moves to the weaker characters(like Sub-Zero for example)

Well you cant really impale somebody with a Kwan Do or a Jujutsu
Sub Zero is most definately not weak. He is very good, actually. As for impaling, it's not strategic, it's completely cheap, it sould be removed.

i think you should be able to reverve a stab, like when you;re getting impaled. that would be awesome. either have both reversals and impaling, or neither. NEITHER is better

I sure hope impaling is back!!! I LOVED IT!!! it was the BEST!!!
Bun in MKD it doen't look like we'll be able to impale since most of the weapons are being used in fatalities

Hey don't diss the impale I beat quan Chi with Frost because of that lol. Well actually the impale isn't that important. It was kinda cool to see but not that interesting. Anyways eother way it's not a big deal.
I did hear that they were taken out though.

impales were ok, for max and such, but in multiplayer it would just get you a slap to the back of the head

Reversals could get cheap, so they were replaced with breakers. You get three breakers per match, so as not to take advantage of it.
