Evil would win, but not the Forces of Darkness. I'm talking about the One Being returning due to the kombatants unknowingly tapping into the fabric of the realms, which is made out of the One Being's consciousness.

Evil, they have a lot more characters that are very strong.

I think you mean at the end of MKDA. At the end of MKD, the good guys won.

Kabal doesnt' become good again, he started out bad originally before MK3 where he was good. Then in MKD he was almost killed and left for dead by Mavado. At that point he ran into Havik, who convinced him to re-create and revamp the Black Dragon Clan and Kabal should be the leader. He did just that and became evil once again, he was evil in MKD and in MKA.

But for the queston, good would win.

hmm....if the pyramid never rose, blaze would have no reason to live, therefore he wouldn't exist, meaning the kombatants wouldnt know of the battle, and it wouldnt exist,

but i would have said evil, because none of the goodies can actually turn invisible, giving baddies an advantage
