in terms of buttons for fatals...what are 1,2,3,4 etc....HELP

Ok...so for the fatalities.. (PS2) what are the buttons for the numbers 1,2,3,4. I know 1 is square and 2 is triangle??? Am I right?

1 - square
2 - triangle
3 - X
4 - O
if u look on the gamefaqs guide..it has the legend at the very top

But of course the faq has some inconsitancies and incorrect fatalities currently, so good luck with em.
