..it is written fr 59 or fr 60, does anybody know what this means?

Actually I think you're right. That means this game is running at 60 FPS. Very nice.

its most likely frame rate, perhaps these were taken from an online match.

nah they where taken of a build... and probley just wanna show people that its smoother "where going 60 frames per second... see..". oh yes mr. boon we see... now give us the game!
