My guess is he will definately not be on the char select screen, but I guess he'll be playable with some kind of secret or cheat. He has multiple visible fighting styles and maybe even a weap. If he has 2 fighting styles, a weapon and maybe even a Fatality, I don't see why he wouldn't be playable in some way :) but that's just me...
