I love Mileena since her debut in MKII. I like her better than Kitana. DOn't get me wrong, I;m a huge Kitana fan, but I prefer bad guys. Esp. female villains.
I love how she runs to her opponent. I laughed, and then was grossed out, then creeped out, and I loved every feeling. Her fatality is very brutal and gory. Just like it should be. Her posing and face does make her very creepy. Her face fulle of blood, smiling looks like the Exocist.

The BEST creepiest thing about Mileena has to be her wicked LAUGH at the end of her fatality, and the way she acts sweet moving her butt around in a sexy-nasty way.
She is a psycho! A crazy bitch who enjoys to taste the blood of her victims, to laugh at your misery, to feed of your fears .Mileena is just amazing.

Mileena is just being herself. She is naturally evil and creepy. The creepiness extends beyond her mouth. It's a trait she'll have to live with whether she likes it or not. And it's something that makes us love her! She kicks ass, she's evil and looks hot! Gotta love her!
