Spawn is owned by Image Comics, so no he won't be in the game. For your Spawn fighting fix, get Soul Calibur II for Xbox instead.

Now, I've said it before, but, yes, Swamp Thing IS DC. He'd have some great powers, is a cult favorite, and would be pretty cool in this game. Far better than Lex Luthor, by far.
