They've been replaced on the select screen by Kabal, Dairou, Darrius and Kobra.
This could change in the final version of course.

At least now we have four new characters right off the bat instead of just two. I would like it if Kira, Jade and Havik would trade spots with Bo Rai Cho, Sub-Zero and Scorpion making six classics and six new playable
