BTW, what state are you in and what sentencing method does your state use?

If you have priors then you should take that into consideration if your state is on the points system. Points = priors. Its different for each class of felony. The more points you have the harder the sentence etc....

The fact that they came in without a warrant, whether someone snitched or not, can probably be used in a supression hearing if this makes it to court. Officers need probable cause to do an involuntary search, which even then you can deny and make them go and get a warrant.

thats pretty fucked up that they just walked in without a warrant. Before you give up anything you definitly need to find some legal advice. You need to find out exactly what the laws are for your state. Either get ahold of a lawyer in your state or look on the internet. There a few legal sites on the net that people will give you a quick responce. I wouldnt worry alot about jail time though... I dont know exactly what happened for sure but if they didnt arrest you on the spot your states marijuana laws cant be all that harsh. If that would have happened where I live you would be sitting in jail right now.
