I believe it's an MK2 Shang Tsung, and it has been pointed out. I think it's kinda cool.
I have a weakness for Jarek for some reason... I don't know why I like him, but I do. I'd like to see him back one day.
I like most characters though I guess. Aside from Sonya, Jax (after MK2) and maybe Kai, I like em all.

I think I'd have to agree with the MK2 Shang Tsung statement. Just look at the suspenders. grin
