I'm more then sure they will be Downloadable characters.

That's actually kind of annoying, because I feel that the only reason they left out these iconic characters, was for them to have some DLC to work with, and see how many people pay for them.

They should had made the final cut to begin with.

Mileena has gotten a huge amount of support compared to Kitana. I wonder how it would had been if it had been the other way around. Maybe we would had seen more of Mileena.

As for Cage, there were too many humans I guess, but he has been extremely demanded.

That means he's a definite DLC
