Yeah? We'll see. Frankly, I don't trust them. I need vids and on the vids I did see 3 hits were pretty damn easy. Not to mention a combo juggle started with a launcher and continued to be linked with a special like the teleport lift or ice shaker may or may not reset the juggle counter.

Did they state what the juggle cap # was and if it included the launcher hit?

I like using special moves to finish off juggle combos. For example, scorpions 4-hit juggle combo(ninja sword) in MK:DA, then follow it up with a backflip fire kick.
