Well, I'm not sure about the fighting Stances, but definitely Scythe for a weapon!

Agreed! Noob should ahve a scythe! Ever since he had one on MK4 it became a staple of him imo.

Maybe they could combine two scythes together and have the blades point in opposite directions and give that to him as a weapon. I think that would be sweet too.

Thanks for posting Tgrant and Tomtaz, so, does anyone have any ideas on what stance he should have for hand to hand fighting?

Noob shouldn't have any Earth realm styles imo. He should have some made up Netherealm or Outworld styles. Maybe a Shadow style could be one for him. Of course, since the style would be made up, you can implement new moves and combine moves from other styles.

Since Noob is an enigma, he should have moves that incorporate different styles like Tgrant said

Noob doesn't really look like the type of character that has specific techiniques while he fights.

But Shadow sounds good to me even if it it made up.

DMitch, a scythe is a long staff witha curved blade at the end of it. It was typically a harvesting tool for farmers. You know the Grim Reaper? That thing he carries around? That is a scythe.

Personally, I would love to see Noob with some kind of shadow sword. But then again, I also am one of those that wishes he were still a solid black instead of having highlights and indications of substance.

It's the weapon that the Grim Repaer is always pictured with.

I'm glad you guys like the Shadow Style idea. It would also have it's own techniques and disciplines etc. Hopefully it, or something like it could be added for him.

hey since people are coming to this thread more, what do you guys think Kabal's fighting styles should be other than the hookswords we all already know about?

Kabal should have some sort of knife. He looks psychotic and most psychos usually use knives. I don't know what kind of knife, but I think he should have one.

What about his hand to hand styles?

For Kabal id like to see something like Krav Maga. its an isralei police force martial art, that involves lots of takedowns and disarmments (Sp) I think it be awesome if Kabal could disarm his opponents.

As for Noob's hand to hand styles i agree that he shouldent have an Earthrealm style. Definetly something like A style of Outworld Ninjitsu or Ninpo or something Ninja like.

I think noob haveing a Scythe would be really cool, but i think he should have two small ones, one for each hand.

I want Kabal to have his old hook swords.

How about a butcher's knife or something like that?
