Now let's get back to topic. Since Kahn fits most of the sub- boss descriptions( that's the reason why reiko is probably not Kahn). DK was emperor before Kahn was, and he's stronger. Kahn could be a sub- boss.

I seriously doubt that Shao Kahn would ever play second fiddle to anyone, he would probably rather die than to serve another.

Kahn is IN the game but he is NOT playable. We will hear of him and see him in the shadows however, he will influence characters but he won't be playable.

well even though I dont think that he is in the game and that he wouldnt be a sub boss it kind of could make sense. Bonn said the sub buss would be playable, and if kahn was then playable, then his ending after defeating the dragon king could start his way back to power, leading into kahn and the dragon KINg being the bad guys(Bosses) of Mk7.

Again I dont think he will be in it, but I think my theory could be a possibility.

Yea, Ed Boon confirmed it during an interview at e3. The interview can be found on this site under the news section in the e3 live coverage.

Yeah I bet we'll be seeing Kahn in endings, intros, and konquest, but odds are he won't be playable or the sub-boss.

That's speculated but not confirmed.

Actually popular theory along with some interviews state that Kahn survived the Assassination attempt, so he is not dead but probably weakened.

True that Khan did "die" in Deadly Alliance but so did our precioous Liu Kang and he has no troubles getting back up. I heard that the sub-boss was gonna be some Chimera thing. If so he better look awesome, maybe just a ninja that is like sub-zero,scorpion and rain all in one. that would be sweet. I Also disagreeea bout Khan being a sub-boss. he woulnt ever play ball for anybody else. he Either leads or kills the leader then leads. He wants nothing but TOTAL control over all the realms, he woulnt share with the Dragon King and vice versa. I Would like to see Khan though. maybe with some newer moves then the kick and the shoulder that we all loved to hate in Mk3. Khan has a cool look to him that is really unlike anything else and I think that we and Boon love him too much to just discard him completely.

if he was ever in a new mk game i would love to see his move styles. his weapon stance would be the sledge hammer of course. they should put him in mk 7 as a secret charecter.
