are the KAK fighters harder to beat than regular fighters online? Or are they about the same? This is probably a stupid question but it's just me being curious

There are some people who know how to make their created character be very cheap.
I remember facing someone who made an exact replica of Chun-Li, and my god did they kick the crap out of me.
So yeah, there are some that are very cheap, others you know that a little kid is behind the controller. Just don't expect me to know who made the Chun-Li because I haven't played this game in over two years now.
I faced someone the other night and they used some created person and my hits wasn't doing much damage then they switched to a regular fighter and my hits were causing a lot more damage, but i was using the same moves...I didn't understand it
