Please be aware that in MK somethings are just as bad in some anime. The dead may not stay dead. Johnny Cage has died at least once, and a handful of others were believed dead only to show up later with little or no explaination. At least with anime you had to make a wish with an eternal dragon or something.

So if your favorite or least-favorite character has 'died' don't be surprise if he/she appears again if not in MKD, then perhaps MK7.

Crap...I just remember, even if Li Mie dies she still might come back. Now I need a drink.

The thing is...Jerrod has NEVER been in a mortal kombat game, so how do we know if he's cool or what he can do? He was just someone that Kahn killed in his bid for power...and unless he was in the cartoon or the ridiculously stupid tv show, both of which I refuse to watch, I say he just doesn't belong.

As far as we know King Jerrod has been dead for quite sometime.. since Kitana was little, and right when Shao Kahn took over. He has little to no importance to the current story... The only way they really incoperate him in, would be for Kitana and/or sindel to try and ressurect him, to restore Edenia to what it once was.

In the MK comic he had cool poers... I KNOW I KNOW... not cameo... but they can inspire in it, like they did for Sindel...

nope on many levels.

jerron ruled edinia, DK ruled outworld.


DK is the 1st ruler of outworld. we know that edinia isn't the first realm to become outworld...nitara's realm was before it but still not the first.

kahn took over edinia and made it outworld.

He is cool... so what? He lost his wife, daughter etc? That's even better! now he is pissed! like Scorpion... he lost everything, his life, his son and wife, yet, people (including myself) love him

he might come back but there is like a 1/100 chance of it. I think there will be like a 30/100 chance of him being metioned since the (Best char ever!) Sindel is back.
