Kitana is cool but she isn't the best IMO. I like Jade and Mileena just as much.

I always wondered about that, too. It would be great is there was a story behind how she acquired that ability. Maybe Shao Kahn cursed her with it or something.

Mileena is nothing comparing to Kitana. Don't know what the hell was the MK team thinking about not including Princess Kitana.
To be honest, I used to play MKDA more tham MKD. The charactrers choices were better.
WHY why why not Kitana in MKD with those BIG fans that spin sharply towards the opponent with gore????????

somnambulist i'm with you on this one, though i still love this game and always will, MK2 seemed ALOT more dark to me... (probably because i was a kid back then)

I think its fair to say that there are many many kitana fans...so now im even more wandering why the MK team didnt put kitana in the game...it doesnt matter that kitana and sonya were in DA so ''now its their time to skip this game''....Kitana could easily fit in deception with her new storyline...and besides that, kitana had already skipped mk3 and mk 4...really, I dont see what they were thinking...

Kitana is one of my fave characters in MK and she always kicks ass. I lover her story and her look. It is a pity she isn't in MKD, but I'm happy witht he roster of characters that is there. Hopefully we'll see her in MK where she can own the place some more. lol

I think they should make an MK Mythologies thing for her about when she was an assassin for Shao Kahn... I thought that would be cool :P

Maybe khan did curse her. Since she couldnt be his, he didnt want kitana to be with anyone else. So maybe he cursed her so if she ever found true love and kissed them, she would end up killing them.
