Kitana would defeat mileena easily..because it wouldnt be the first time...besides that, ive got this feeling that kitana(assuming that she will be in mk7)will come back improved and better than ever...Then Mileena....kitana and mileena are stronger than jade...its not for no reason that Jade wasnt shao kahns best assassin like mileena and kitana were..or was she?.

The reason I pick Jade is because she had(and still does) the speed of Mileena and the power of Kitana, she bacically has what both girls have and then some.

hmm okay fair enough, but in mk2 she was a secret character and she was way better than mileena and kitana with their strenght and speed..I could defeat mileena and kitana better/faster than jade...but now jade is a character on her own...so I compare them now...and I suppose if jade was really way stronger and faster than kitana..jade would be sitting on the trown of edenia and not kitana...same thing goes with mileena...kitana has defeated mileena and for that reason, kitana is still princess...okay not anymore since the DA defeated kitana(sonya and so on), and now mileena can take over the trown, but not because of the fact she defeated kitana

The reason I pick Jade(third favorite of my girls) in the first place is because she had(at she still does) the speed of Mileena(forth favorite of my girls) and power of Kitana(second in command to Sonya), so basically has what both girls have and lack, which makes her a dangerous woman.

Well Imo, if Jade wanted to take the throne of Edenia, she could infact take it, she would have a better chance at it than Mileena, also unlike Mileena, Kitana couldn't always predict what Jade is gonna do which would shake things up, but since Jade isn't like that it doesn't matter, it true, Kitana has defeated Mileena many times, but for how long, sooner or later Mileena will come out ontop.

why r we debating over this??? Mileena without a doubt would be the winner!

I want to say Kitana, but after going back into Konquest mode and training with Jade again, I'd have to say, based upon Jade's combos, that Jade would win.
In MK:Deadly Alliance, Kitana's combos were not NEARLY as deadly as Jade's. Jade's Jobutsu stance has a VERY easy 31% combo (2,<--2, 1,up3), while the best combo I could ever pull off with Kitana was about 25%.
Add to that Jade's easy-to-use nitro kick (which, could be compared to Kitana's Fan Lift, as a good defensive move)...
I dunno. Jade's got two great easy defensive moves (in Kuo Shou: <--1, <--1,down2 and in Fan Zi: 2,2,<--1), not to mention being able to string them together...
While playing Mileena is fun, her combos do NOT exact that much damage. In fact, starting in her Ying Yeung stance, you can string (with a launcher move) the following: 1,1,3,[stance change]2,2,up1,up1.
Seven hits = 15% damage.
That sucks. Which is further evidenced when you fight Onaga with Mileena with the difficulty set to max. Mileena gets her ass handed to her, every time.
So does Jade, but at least Jade does SOME damage.
My vote? A close match, but in the end: Jade. At least the way the characters are developed today.

Okay, lets go through them all.
Jade, very good fighter, well rounded in a fight, strong and quick.
Kitana, more emphasis on power than on speed.
Mileena, uses speed to her advantage.
Heres how I think it would go.
Mileena teleports, and stabs them both in the brains. Its simple. If a person can teleport, then you would have a major job trying to stop them. Also, Mileena is blood thirsty, she would not stop until she has devoured both of them. And shes not as dumb as people think, she outwitted Kitana in MKGOLD by uppercutting her, although the outcome was just unfortunate.
So MIleena wins, second would be Jade, and Kitana would be last. Shes a great fighter, just not as good as the other too.

I would definitely have to go with Jade.
She is very fast and powerful. Kitana and Mileena are fast as well, but not as fast as Jade. Kitana has medium level strength and Mileena is weak.

The prettiest wins? Then, it's Kitana.
Or the meanest wins? Then, it's Mileena.
Or, the most skillful wins? Probably Jade.

Other females have no competition with mileena, only Kitana and Sonya..........

I think Jade would win. She has the best combos and she is crazy with that staff. Mileena has cool moves but the combos are weak. Kitana's combos are very good but she has no special moves that take power away. Jade has great special moves and combos. She's smart to.

I'd say Kitana. I mean she's sexy. so sexy that your eyes will burn. She's a princess. No one is deserving to look at her sexy body.
