First of all, all MKDA characters who aren't in MKD will most likely have their former models ported to MKD. They won't have stories or new designs, though. So in a sense, yeah, she'll probably be back.
Now if you're trying to say she will be back completely revamped and changed with bio and all, I don't buy it for a second. Even if this lady did work for midway, I seriously doubt she has access to to the MK programming team's progress(beyond a percentage that is). You've been deceived.

uh huh... liu kang has already been confirmed as playable, so if your doing this to get attention or as a joke, may scorpion appear by your bedside at night and give you the scare of a lifetime... and if your telling the truth [bout bein todl those things] then you've been decieved, you probably called some lady that just pushes paper around and looks at concept ideas and has no idea whats really goin on in the game...
My oppinion is that she'll be a hidden fighter since there's so much comotion abt. Kitana (and to be honest with you, between her and the characters in the prison stage, I'd say they all have a chance to be in it due to the following rumors and requests; it would kinda be absurd without them) If they r trying to duplicate MK2 like everyone has said since the beginning, I'm sure the Prison Stage (unlike the Kahn's Arena Stage) will be more than just a temptation!!!
