Does anyone remember or miss these two? What do ya'll think about these two returning. I think it'll be a good idea to glimpse at the characters upclose, then the little sound effect when they slide in when it goes "Duh Duh Dun...." lol.
Anyway, I think Kombat Kodes/Vs. Screen needs to be a choice in the game to be turned on/off on Armageddon.
Think about it, tapping X or O 3 times to get to the Ying Yang symbol etc., then enabling in game codes like Big Heads, or "Knowledge is Power" sayings etc. What do ya'll think? smile

I'd love for it to come back. Big heads would be brilliant with Mileena's Yummy fatality.

lmmfao ^^^. A big head yummy fatality, WOW im picturing that now lol.
But yeah I hope that comes back, especially the Kombat Kodes part, they could use that for executing certain cheats like super ultra unlockables to play as that aren't on the select screen, and for the enjoyment of old school fans.

Instead of loading screens with just a picture of a character, they could just make a loading screen with the Vs. Screen.

I think the Kombat kodes will return by being the means of unlocking items in the Vault.

yeah it should return
I got an idea, what if the codes you put in the vs screen (dark combat, who ever wins fights onaga, no throws etc) are selectible in a some type of custom vs game menu, that would be tight.

I miss the vs Screen. I don't particularly miss the Kombat codes. The only ones I liked of those were Randper Kombat, Dark Kombat and Big Head Mode.
The Vs screen should definitely come back and it nees to be animated. Characters need to do poses on them and even speak. It'd be cool seeing Raiden's eyes flicker with electricity or Sonya saluting or taunting the opponent.

i think it's a good idea for them to be able to taunt each other, but that might seem a little to soul calibury, still i'd think it would be more interesting in MK cause their way more violent.

The VS screen is a must. They had actually planned to make it return in MKDA. The early pics of the characters elect screen had some amazing poses for a few characters that were shown, they showed Scorpion, Sonica, Sub-Zero and Kenshi among others looking amazing in VS poses.
Its a MUST. I hope its back in this game.
As for the Kombat codes, I don’t really miss them, besides, the extra game modes (big head) could return as unlock able in other things, but yeah, it would be nice to have those back.

They had some taunting in MKDA.
Like Johnny Cage's "You want some?!", and "Come on, bring it!"

Also Havik had taunts in MKD, where he snapped his neck and back.
Anyways the VS screen is the best. very dramaric and needs to make a return. It would be very nostalgic!

Hopefully they can make them look even more real than MK3.
