I believe that Konquest is based on time...
As time goes on more quests are available, and thus ultimately the SUs, so I believe the best thing anyone can do is just play, talk to random people, jack coins.

If you check out some of the dialogue and quests from there, you can see that most of them you haven't done (well I haven't, anyway) So as time progress, more stuff is available. Thats what I think anyway.
Oh yeah, I also manage to pull this off from one of the quests from that hex editor:
Kobra is a defender of Kochal. Will you challenge him to awaken the three headed God?..Kira is a defender of Kochal. Will you challenge her to awaken the three headed God?...Kabal is a defender of Kochal. Will you challenge him to awaken the three headed God?
I don't remember if it ever did say that Kochal was a 3 headed god when you challgened them. But if it did, I think its safe to assume that Kochal doesn't mean Koin Challenge.
