Ok... so the new Konquest mode sounds GREAT!!!
U can get techniques from different characters plus others! U can virtually create any old MK character. so, the thing is, can we trade characters online??? THat'd be awsome!!! what if I have a version of, let's say, Jade, and my friend has his own version... wouldn't it be cool if we could share our fighters???
Also... if EVERY Mk character will be there... does that mean theyr techniques are going to be there too???

What characters would u make with what techniques?
(Ex. Get a gray ninja, add scorps. spear, someone's teleport, a nice sword, and BAM! Human Smoke!)

I hope you can make cyber ninjas, that would be good if one of the robots wasn't in the game.

I hope they have good costumes 4 the guys so that u can make old chars. I also hope they have a lot to choose from so every1s char looks the same. 1other thing that will be cool is is there is some special moves that only created chars can have.

They will be all different... u can personalize the loook, and ur character ages and phissically changes depending on many things...

I doubt it will be possible, but if it is I would make a Shokan. Not Goro; a new, original one.
I hope the choices are wider then just a monk who wear's different colored clothes. Different species would be a cool opition. I'm glad every character is going to make an appearance of some sort in the konquest mode. This game is looking to be the best MK ever. Can't wait!

I hope create a Kombatant will let you decide on everything from the color of your eyes all the way down to cuts and scars.

This could be cool, but creating a human smoke or someone else would feel NOTHING like them actually being in the game. I actually want smoke and others to be in the game. As for creating characters, i've got a good look for mine in stock.

Hmm... If I were to make a character, since I love ninjas. I'd make a ninja, with the abilities of SubZero's Freezeball, and Scorpion's Spear to pull my opponent once frozen. That is if Midway allows that to happen. I would also like to see my character with the old Subzero's slide move, once my opponent is given damage by the freeze and spear, and whatever combo inflicted after the spear, to slide and add more damage. I would also like my ninja fly. Maybe give them the ability to freeze opponents while flying, but not the spear.

It would be great if depending on what missions and events you did determined how your monk would look. Konquest mode should have a time measurement in days(in game time of course) to determine how long you were at one station. For example, you could take up to 3 years of training in the Lin Kuei temple to learn the techniques of Sifu Sub-Zero. You could than fight him as a test of progress. If you beat him you could trigger an event where you were captured by the old Lin Kuei renagades and transformed into a cyborg if you went willingly or try to save your humanity by challangeing one of their champions.If you lost you would be transformed. If you were transformed you might see a CG scene where Smoke brakes in, busts up the place and saves your ass. He then teaches you how to regain at least part of your soul in his training ground. So you go to the character select screen and you see your monk's icon changed to a blue cyborg. And so would your history and stats. Is this complicated??? Yes, but you know it sounds cool.

For the Konquest Mode, yes that is what I believe we all wanted to see in Konquest. I thought that Konquest should have a way of improving your character not training your character to just show you the moves in the game. I mean you can do that in the training mode by yourself, what mkda had in konquest, except you get koins for it. Your ideas are great, i bet many other people have ideas like these. Like mentioned. Konquest should be basically what you've said, Defining History of a character, whether default,hidden, or created. It should be like a storymode of how that particular character develops and trains and learns new moves not incorporated into the game as one of the default moves. It should affect their looks,story,rivalry,alliances,war, etc.
