konquest kano in living forest?

im sure this is old.. but i to this day cant find kano in the game.. loading screen with him in the living forest.. and i have a video from the official site of kano talking to shujinko in the living forest.. how/when does kano come out to play?

From what I know, Kano appears during your third visit to Outworld and arrest you in Li Mei's village. After Konquest, I do not find him anymore.

OH!!!!!!!! nevermind about that. i dont know where he is after you beat Konquest. sorry, i misunderstood.

When you go back to Outworld in Shujinko's third age-phase, you can find him in the living forest. I thought this was mandatory. Maybe you saw him and didn't recognize him. He says he's going to arrest you, and when you say you would resist, he asks if you thought you could fight everyone(there's like 4 or 5 other guys there). After he arrests you, he takes you to the village where you meet Li Mei.

You have to have found him, otherwise you never would've been able to progress through konquest. He forces you to go the Li Mei's village as part of the story.
