Let the real MK8 wait!

The reason MK:D was as good as it is because the MK team took there time with it. I hope to God that MK VS DC will be a little something to hold us off for a greater Mortal Kombat 8 in the future!

So this is to midway: I know you guys want to release a Mortal kombat title every year now, but please give your self’s more time then one year to work on a true Mortal Kombat game. Its ok to release little titles like Shaolin Monks and Ultimate Mortal Kombat every year, as long as they are decent, but take your time with a real Mortal Kombat. Think about how high your standards were for Mortal Kombat 2 and MK:D. . .don’t loose that. Please Take your time, I’m willing to wait for a better game. If you keep releasing Shitty games, Mortal kombat will fail . . .

MK:D was too great .Really I love every thing in it .It is very cool with a very good story and has the best intro in all the fighting games .

Well as I said I hope that this game is just a spin off and wont be cannoned although I will buy it ........

Only time will tell ........

MK:D was indeed very fascinating. As CornDog pointed out, that is exactly the case - I think they're using MK v DC to really test out the engine before they can fully implement it for the real MK8. But my guess is that they need to release something in the meantime to balance the sheets and this (DC) is their best option.

i was thinking the same thing, a new engine and new system means loads of bugs so omg let's do what iv been wanting to do a vs game......the dust settles and then BOOM MK9 dark and gritty n bad ass it will be awesome, and never underestimate boon he is hiding something I know it lol grin
