I read (on play.com so it may not be guarenteed) that it's coming out here in the UK on the 28th of November.
You guys in the US & Canada usually get it on the Tuesday 2 weeks before the Friday in which we get it that would mean u get it on 11th of November.

Still, dates can change lets wait till a confirmation.
