Right, and I am pretty sure Li Mei uses a sword of some type now. Like a long sword.

I think Li Mei's story has improved so much! She might actually be important to how it all ends in MK:D. Her look is much better now too, she went from witch to pirate.

great job on introducing li Mei again so people like me can see a different side of the story in which a broder side of the charter in li mei good job on serfacing picture so we can see what these chaters look like

I wasn't a fan of Li Mei in Deadly Alliance, I didn't like that she had Mileena's sais. In Deception Li Mei seems to have been improved greatly, her first costume (Armor) looks badass. Alt is decent. Her Fatality looks brutal, reminds me more of a Brutality but it looks sick. Interested to see what kind of sword she has. I think the Morning Star suits Havik better.

I hope Li Mei's a total improvement in Deception.
I never thought of her as a Mileena rip-off, but IMO she failed on every front in Deadly Alliance.
Playability- Mediorce at best
Story- Thin and unoriginal
Appearence- Terrible and she looked ugly
Fatality- Garbage and lazily done
As I said, I'm giving Li Mei a second chance and hoping she won't disappoint me again. She looks better now and her story has improved so she has two down. Hopefully she'll improve in the other cataegories as well.

Her story is WAY better in MK:D. So much so, that now it's actually good !
And IMO, Li Mei didn't look like a witch in MK:DA. Sindel's alt. in Deception makes her look like a witch, though. Li Mei now looks more like a gipsy to me than a pirate.

I can't wait to play as Li Mei. I always thought she was a good character since mkda. She could pull off combos pretty easily wich I liked alot. I know she's gonna kickass in Deception and I can't wait to play as her.
