Li Meis Brutality Discussion *spoiler*

In the past, before the game came out, we all been wondering what is the outcome of her "brutality." And now we got our answer. So what is your thought about the fatality? Should it be better? Should it be like the actual "Brutality?" Do you like it? Do you hate it?
To me, its ok. I mean, i didnt expect the outcome to be like that. its confusing at first and made me thinking how the opponent all the suddenly explode. but overall, i like it.
To me, i think she is punching all the opponent's pressure point, making them explode. (like in Kill Bill, Beatrix punch all of Bill's pressure point, making the heart explode after 5 steps).
So what is your thought about the fatality?

Its the five finger heart exploding attack from Kill Bill 2. No one else caught the reference? heheh

It would have been better had the opponent just fallen over dead. The exploding fatalities in this game are generally weak. I'm a bigger fan of the more brutal and simple ones.
Well.. I don't like it and i don't hate it... I LOVE IT!!! It's a great idea. Boon did a great job with this fatality, but that's just my opinionsmile

You guys have no idea.
It's not a brutality and it's not a reference to Kill Bill 2. Kill Bill took it from the same thing MK did.
Ever seen the old anime movie Fist of the North Star? That was the main character's attack. POW POW POW POW POW POW POW... takes a step back, and BOOM.
I was so geeked when I saw it.

And don't forget that Long Shen has a similar 17-Hit combo in the Bloody Roar games. It doesn't kill the opponent, but still. grin

When I saw that fatality I hadn't seen her second one yet. I thought it would have been cool if she finnished it of by knocking thier head off then kicking the head into thier body. Then I saw the second one and thought how odd I had the exact same idea.
I do think the people tend to explode too often in this game. It just sort of makes them feel fragle. I think it would feel more brutal if they just started quivering and squirting blood out the ears or something.
