No one knows what to think because her two costumes differentiate a lot. I think her initial costume is her beneath the DK's control, while her second costume is her liberated appearance.

All I know is that she's damn sexy, and at the moment, that's all that I care about.

think Li Mei will kick ass! Maybe mid tier, but she will kick ass!

li mei looks alot better than she did in deadly alliance. i would really like this character if she was evil and was under the dragon king's control.

i have a question, have we seen a fatality done by her yet? i hope this new look says alot about this character.

Yeah, her fatality is when she brutally beats the opponent (something like brutality).

She has two great costumes to be sure this time around. I still liked her DA normal costume more but these are good looking. I'm still not convinced however that she's evil now or under the control of the Dragon King. Remember how everybody thought Hotaru was evil and a general for the Dragon King based on his armor? Well, I remember reading somewhere that that's not his story at all and that he's a member of The Order or something similar to that whose purpose is to restore order to Outworld?

Well, if you notice is that Li Mei's armor is similar to Hotaru's but with a changed color scheme. Perhaps she's now a part of The Order?

Li Mei's armor really doesn't look like the armor worn by the DK's mummified soldiers. The helmet is different, the actual armor itself is much different looking. The DK's armor is more samurai-esque, Li Mei's isn't really as much as it just looks like stylized battle armor.

I'm just guessing here though so...

she sort of looks like a samurai
