Hey, I've been using the fatality list as most of us have reached upon many of the mkwebsites.
These fatalities are the ones that don't work, are incorrect or I'm not doing right:
Dairou: B,B,D,4
Subzero: B,D,B,D,1 (this damn fatality never works, has anyone performed it? I tried every stance including sweep, far and close)
Noob-smoke: B,F,B,F,1 (are u supposed to be noob during the fatality or smoke? i tried both from far but still dont work)

The Dairou one is D,D, A+3 not 4.

The Sub one is actually B,D,F,D,1 (just oustide sweep)

Of those that I've tried, here are the ones I'm having problems with:
Nightwolf's tomahawk throw
Both of Kira's
Both of Mileena's
Scorpion's ??? (f,d,f,f+1 close)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For Scorpion, you need to do F,D,F,F,1 at a sweep distance and not close. Only the F,B,F,B,1 Scorpion fatality is done close.
