no, have heard of any news on him. i'll love to have him back. but not until mk7. he was always cool.

For me, Liu Kang was one of my theme characters. But, I don't want them to bring him back unless they give him back his speed and power. And since he is a Bruce Lee clone, I don't think it would kill them to use BL's voice.

I liked Liu too, it will be cool to have him back but with a different look. He could perhaps be a secret character for MK6 or might be rumours of his return in MK7 like dragon king.
But I think he has always been a cool character, if anything Jax should be the one to die, he's naff.

First off, I hate Liu Kang. I was laughing hystaricly when Shang Tsung snapped his neck.
But overall the endings, if used in next game as a continuing plat form, could mean he is in the body of Kano and will like come back. He may have Liu's moves and stuff but Kano's body.
