The reason he had the same moves for all the games was because he was still dominant. I really wished at some point they made his bike kick move 'F,F,LK', instead of having to charge it up for 3-5 seconds. They almost did it in MK4 I think.
As for him sounding "annoying", I think it served to annoy his opponents more than anything else, not the ones who played as Kang. And that could be used as a weapon when playing against a friend or foe.

First off Queve in all MK games they have endings for all characters. When they begin to make the next they pick which are to be true and which to be false. Meaning you don't know if Quan Chi really kiiled Scorpion because Deception isn't out. Comic books don't count. Also Scorpion is already dead. Meaning he can't die again. Mortal Kombat is a Soap Opera thats why Ed Boon killed Liu Kang. Not saying this to be facted but don't forget Liu Kang can still come back as Kano. Thats my example of a Soap Opera, a mystery. You dont know until MK Deception comes. Thats why I love MK. There is something more to it.
