Shinnok took control of Netherealm from Lucifer... correct? So did her kill Lucifer or imprison him? Should he be in MKD as ruler of Netherealm or would someone else take control of the demon realm of the dead... also did all the gods in MKM:Sub-Zero die when Shinnok attacked except for Fujin? If not should any of them return or Sereena?
