I played MK in Arcades
I played MK2 in Arcades
Then My father bought me a computer for playing MK2 Because He did not want me to go arcade 3-4 hours a day
I played MK3 on my computer
I upgraded my computer just for playing MK4...
and I bought a PS2 for playing MK:DA

Now when you look to the PC industry THERE ARE NO FIGHTING games... ok One Must Fall Battlegrounds came but it was very disappointing... (I liked the 2097 much better) and it sell really good for a crappy game like that Why? Because PC Gamers are hungry for a fighting game since BIO Freaks.
I know a lot of people who will buy MK:D blindly if it comes out on PC and I'm sure I'll buy the 2 versions (PS2,PC) why because I can play MK:D on PC 1024*768*32 or more and great onlinew play think of it: you build lobies and make worldwide tournaments... or even you can make your way through CPL...
And to the point: Do not put effort in MK:D PC make someone do it for you: hire a low profile company and let them do it. I can say Gearbox will make it as they did it Tony Hawk 3 and Halo
(Both of them are great ports...) and there are not any exculisivties to consoles???

and I don't know if it is legal but if the MK:D PC thing does not happen I sure want to start a project on a mod (DOOM3 or Unreal Engine) called: MORTAL KOMBAT : DEFIANCE....
as I am a 6 years C++ programmer and of course I need Modellers mappers etc... But for sure I will do it if it is LEGAL....
