Has anyway noticed more than one alternate costume being shown. I think I've seen about 4 variations of ermacs costume in all the movies and pics. And quite a few variations of Li Mei it seems. I really like this idea if that's what is being shown.

anyone else see this?

Yeah, and they all look pretty cool. Each character will be having 3 costumes, which is great.
