Raiden_is_god, I havn't heard that yet but I love the idea, it would be awesome if Liu Kang was a powered up dead mid-boss. But personally I would love (I mean LLOOOVVEE) to see Blaze return with a twist, and with much more impressive moves (he should have Hotaru's molten lava style move). And if his flames rose twice the size of his body and moved with the direction he walked in... maybe even a move where he grappeled them and turned up the heat... so many possibilites!

2. According to Greek Mythology a Chimera only has ONE head, and that is a lion's head. It has the body of a goat, and the tail of a dragon/serpent. It is a mis-representation of the Chimera that people believe it has 3 heads of a lion, serpent & goat.

Kahn is the son of the Dragon King...makes sense, since (based on the storyline of the outworld according to MKtemple.com) The outworld is actually a group of congquered realms(like earth) connected by orbs. In MKDA, Nitara with the help of Cyrax destroyed one of the orbs that connects her realm with Kahn's outworld. In Blaze/Reptile's ending, bios, it said that the true ruler of outworld (combined realms) will come back, and that is the Dragon King...

Or, Kahn is the Dragon King based on that Kahn is the true Ruler of outworld (based on storylines, etc)

So the midboss could be Kahn or the dragon king could be kahn (they wear similar armor). Remember the picture of KAhn unmasked way back in MK2?...

Ok how r u gonna say "the mid boss is chimera PERIOD" but then u said it urself that it isnt confirmed. Im not saying that it couldnt happen, but he still hasnt been confirmed. What if Chimera is the name of the charater not what the character is. Maybe the new Shokan's name is Chimera.

I think it might be Liu Kang. I think there will be 2 versions of him, one good and one bad.
