Missing a unlockable character...

Ok I have all the characters unlocked but one.. on the kombat screen the person is inbettwen Darrius and Liu Kang *under Noob-Smoke* what character is that and how can I get them?

That is Kira, her chest is in Earthrealm in one of the 2 houses next to the beach where Kobra is. I do not recall the time of day.
