just tested it, your right Sareena is safe after D+3 in weapon, how ever her foe can counter w/ a grab but thats it. after d+3 your not able to do 2 till after a half sec later, during this half second a throw can be performed on her. she can block right after no delays what so ever.
i know im babbling bout this i just wanted to make it 100% clear.

hmm i just read you say d+2 doesnt hit mid and only does 5% so umm are you guys talking about sareenas weapon or something else? or did you mean to say d+1?
FYI (not you bone) the less lag there is vs scorpion then his foe can jump a hell fire, his foe will get hit, but they can jump away and not get 50/50ed after. more lag scorpion will be able to hell fire and his foe cant jump back

yea you can block right after d+3 no if ands or buts, its a very very safe mid attack. hes nuts for trying the Pop up, you could parry right after taking away the grab try by her foe. so pretty much its dumb to try and counter it.

you know i really should test all my characters and see who else has a safe low poke. the onlys ones i know of are Tanyas and Deagons D+4. i been so lazy i need to see what mavado, mileena and sindel have thats safe. ill bet 1000 bucks that sindel and kitana have zero lows or mids that are safe
