The models of the current characters look like their on steroids, look cartoony and stupid

Stupid names like Sonya Blade and Stryker? who has a last name Blade or Stryker? And what are the coincidences that you'll be fighting in a tournament with a last name like that

How is Scorp able to harpoon his enemies in the throat without casuing you know death, also where does the rope go when he brings the enemy to him? It disappears. He should wrap it around his wrist or something... The harpoon move has no logic

Some of the costumes, ugh they remind me of reject WWF attires especially Sub's attire in MK3 with the cheesy red scar that stands out like a white boy on the globetrotters, I thought scars eventually healed not stay red forever

This series gets way too much credit sometimes imo, it's just a mess all over the place in one area they want to have a serious mythical story but it's got more holes in it than cheese, the story has alot of promise it could equal that of Lord of the Rings if they filtered out all the crap
