People always attribute parodies to Al, as if he's the only guy who does them. It's both offensive to Al (Who hates being associated with the really nasty ones.), and the actual people who made the parodies.

"Paint It Black" for Noob Saibot is pretty good.
"God of Thunder" by KISS works well for the dark Raiden.
I liked someone's suggestion of Pink Floyd's "Fight the Machine" - not just for Sektor, but I think it'd suit the other cyborgs too.
