posted06/14/2004 10:43 PM (UTC)byMicrosoft have released a list of games that will be availible to use on xbox live in the coming year and mortal kombat deception is on the list for october 04, which yeah we already know but this list that has been published is european release dates. so could we (us in europe) have deception this year too instead of waiting 4 months like deadily aliance?
heres a link to the articale on gamespot about this.

Lets hope its right, i dont think i could stand waiting that long for it again. even if it was before the new year id be happy with that. so lets hope microsoft are right and arent just going by the usa release and saying its the european one because that would blow.
the importing a game isnt the problem its then having your system moded as i dont believe they do a freeloader like on the gc for the xbox or ps2, then you need a 6ohz tv too, so its not just the price of getting it imported its everything else that goes with it too and then if the game screws up youve spent 60 quid on nothing and more on getting your system moded for no reason, and if you mod an xbox you cant use it on live, and an import game wouldnt work on the uk version of xbox live anyway, so importing is pretty pointless as most games come out about a month later over here but mk:da didnt and i dont want to wait again.
Gotcha... Pal and NTSC and all that...

are you telling me that there's a possibility of mkd being only available in europe in 2005?

thanks, so let me get this straight, the possibility of 2005 is out of question?
i wouldnt say out of the question, but its looking good that we will have it this year, that is of course that microsoft just hasnt used the american release date for the list, but from what i can the other games have accurate dates as there european releases dates, so lets hope. if not lets sue microsoft for causing mass amounts of stress if its not right.
