From looking at the amazing trailer, the games is extremely far into production,they have tons of the character models in the game already along with stages built and they gone as far as having stage fatalities already, which they didnt have time to complete for MK:DA. Id say around 70% complete , or am i totally incorrect

We can only guess and estimate. Given the trailer, they're probably somewhere around halfway. With it being a trailer, they don't want to release too much information. We'll jsut have to keep track of all the info as it comes.

they have been so quick because they have had the MK:DA engine to go on. They basically just need to update everything and give it a little tweak to make it look better.

halfway. from the looks of it the juggling system and all that is just like friggen MKDA. They need to update the engine.

The endine does look very different, thus from scratch. We didnt see people flying through walls before, did we? Was that possible with the old engine?
