yay! i voted for MORTAL KOMBAT! i hope mk wins so that it can get all the mk haters on check mode...haters like fightersgeneration....

seems to me that the whole thing is a popularity contest rather than a judgement of the best games, o well.

I voted for Deception, as it's the only one I've played out of the ones available

i voted for dead or alive for best fighting game
i voted halo 2 for best shooter and online game (a close second being unreal tournament 2004, but i just like halo's style better)
i voted burnout 3 for best racing game
i voted for metal gear solid 3 for best adventure game (i would have voted for GTA:SA, but i really dont find the missions to be all that fun, only the free roaming)
i voted espn nfl 2k5 for best sports game
i voted ninja gaiden for best action game
and even though i find the single player dissapointing, i voted for halo 2 for game of the year because the multiplayer kicks ass
