First SS which was shown b4...is johnny cage knocked out possibly dead on the floor..I got a higher quality pic and made it brighter using photoshop..

2nd is the possible pic of kung-lao and kitana on the staircase..which I also brightend..

OK heres where my theory begins.. Raiden begins to formulate his etheral blast attack..

Now heres a pic of the three fighters firing at the DK.. Notice quan chi looking over to raiden finding out wtf hes doing..

3rd pic- Quan chi still hasnt turned his head yet.. hes keeping his eyes on raiden.. Could he be guessing what raidens plan is??

4th pic - Notice something..quan chi has weakend his stance alittle bit..

5th - This by far was the most eye cathcing one.. Hes begining to let go of his fireball.. At this point its clear that quan chi knows what raiden is upto...

6th - Now look...he completely let go and now hes running upto raiden..

7th - his fireball is pretty much gone and hes aiming himself at raiden..also notice the amulet is still attached..

8th - Quan chi begins to disapear into raiden..you can see his legs alittle bit but hes almost gone.. And raiden himself begins to fade.. also if you look below the fireball..u see a faded yellow circle.. I believe quans amulet fell loose at this point..

9th - Quan chi is completely gone..and raiden is almost gone as well.. since he is made up of lighting he can move 187,000 miles per second.. so raiden is prolly waiting a milisecond b4 the blast goes off.. BUT could it be possible that hes making this as a distraction towards the DK?? I think raiden knows his blast isnt powerful enough for the DK..so hes just making a distraction to leave or make him believe hes dead..

10th - No sign of quan.. And raiden is almost gone at this point also..

11th- At this point seems like the DK is by his lonesome... you dont see quan or shang shooting there fireballs at all.. No signs of green or orange..

So there you have it.. Let me know wut u think...
